By accessing ktrlpatch.com or purchasing a KTRL Portable Smart Patch, you agree to the terms below. They are designed to be fair, specific, and readable. If anything is unclear, email legal@ktrlpatch.com before ordering.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a country we ship to in order to browse, purchase, or use this product. By ordering, you represent that you meet both requirements. If you are under 18, please use the Underage Exit page.
2. What KTRL is — and is not
KTRL is an adult wellness product, not a medical device. Nothing on this site or in our materials constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The product is intended for adults who want more voluntary control over their experience. If you have persistent functional issues, please consult a licensed physician.

4. Accounts
When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.
5. Orders, pricing & payment
- Prices are listed in USD and confirmed at checkout before payment.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Your statement will display KTRL — no product description.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, violate age restrictions, or cannot be shipped to the provided address.
6. Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and select APAC countries. Most orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Full shipping options and ETAs are shown at checkout.
7. Returns & refunds
Because KTRL is a single-use, personal-care product, opened or used patches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See the full Return Policy for unused-order and damaged-on-arrival procedures.
8. Intellectual property
All site copy, product names, logos, design, and photography are owned by KTRL Wellness Inc. or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it commercially without written permission.
9. Health & safety disclaimers
Do not use KTRL if you: are under 18; have a cardiac pacemaker or implanted electronic device; have broken, irritated, or infected skin at the application site; or have a known adhesive allergy. Stop use immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or skin irritation, and consult a physician if symptoms persist.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTRL Wellness Inc.’s liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
